1.3 - Ou comment encore nerf le war dps
Voici les changements actuels sur les serveurs tests pour la 1.3, je n'ai pas la motivation de traduire, je laisserais mon commentaire plus bas :

COMBAT
* Stealth: Fixed a bug with toggling melee auto-attack would cause stealth to break.
* Fixed a bug causing the Class Mechanic UI to display effects from other players instead of just your own (ex: Stormcaller, Necromancer).
* Fixed some effects on pets to be lost when teleporting.
* Fixed an issue causing abilities to fail to work properly against players that had just been stunned while jumping.
* Mana: Changed the way mana-regeneration is calculated to now include diminishing returns. This should have little impact on leveling characters and is only noticeable once higher levels of gear are attained.
WARRIOR
BEASTMASTER
* New ability - Companion's Call: Makes the next pet summon ability instant-cast.
* Greater Primal Companion: Claw Swipe: Fixed a bug causing this to occasionally only hit one target.
* Fixed some bugs with the icon display for Summon Greater Primal Companion.
CHAMPION
* Deadly Strikes: Now increases the damage of attack point builders by an additional amount for each point spent in Champion over 30.
* Bash: To better match up with other interrupts, the cooldown has been increased to 8 seconds and Power cost reduced to 10.
PALADIN
* Warden's Protection: Will no longer be removed when the affected player changes zones.
* Face Slam: To better match up with other interrupts, the cooldown has been increased to 8 seconds, damage reduced slightly, and Power cost reduced to 10 Power.
* Improved Paladin's Devotion: Fixed a tooltip bug that reported the wrong amount of cooldown reduction on Paladin's Devotion. Tooltip now properly shows a cooldown reduction of 10-20 seconds. This is a cosmetic fix only.
PARAGON
* Strike Like Iron: Moved to a 38 point root ability.
* New root ability - Reaping Harvest: Available with 2 points spent in Paragon. Attack point consuming ability that requires dual wielding.
* Path of the Wind: Now requires the Paragon to be dual wielding.
* Way of the Wind: Now triggers a second weapon attack after using any attack ability that requires dual wielding.
* Paired Strike: Now causes the next follow-up strike to critically hit.
* Flinching Strike: To better match with other interrupts, the damage is no longer based on weapon damage, cooldown reduced to 8 seconds, and Power cost has been reduced to 10 Power.
* Bend Like the Reed: In addition to enhancing Parry, now also increases the damage done by attacks that require dual wielding. To support this change and put this in line with similar finishers, the cooldown has been increased to 1 minute.
RIFTBLADE
* Rift Storm: Fixed a bug causing different icons to appear in game compared to the Soul Tree version.
* Fiery Burst: Should now reliably trigger Enhanced Burst.
* Riftwalk: Fixed a bug causing this ability to not break stuns. Now deals damage to the enemy. Due to this there are now multiple ranks of Riftwalk which can be trained at your nearest Warrior trainer!
* Improved Riftwalk: Now enhances the damage dealt by Riftwalk in addition to reducing the cooldown.
* Rift Storm: Reduced cooldown to 2 minutes from 3.
* Avatar of the Rift: Increased the amount of Attack Power contribution.
* Surging Energy: Fixed a case where this could sometimes not trigger.
WARLORD
* Intimidating: The debuff tooltip should now actually work.
* Fixed a typo in the Warlord Soul tooltip.

Pour le pvp j'y pense même pas...

Our intent with this patch was to reduce the reliance on SLI, and buff other souls appropriately to ensure that warriors could still obtain similar DPS values as in 1.2, just across a broader set of builds. As always we'll be looking at the warrior feedback, as well as the test numbers from PTS and adjust accordingly.
Atrius and Sweet are already digging into your feedback and should be swinging by early next week with some further updates & posts. In the meantime please continue to try out diffrent build combinations on PTS, and post here with your findings.

Quick update on DPS Warriors for 1.3
Hey guys,
Got some good news on the DPS warrior front. Atrius and Sweet, went over the feedback and numbers people were getting on PTS and it's pretty obvious we're not quite where we need to be, so you should be seeing further improvements come on line this week.
Ultimately we want warrior DPS to stay similiar to what it is on live today, but open up the number of soul combinations you can use to get there.
Once again thanks for all the feedback, one of us will be swinging by later this week with further change details as soon as we have them locked down.

New Warriror DPS changes coming soon
Hello Warriors, I want to thank you all for your continued patience as we work to resolve issues with Warrior DPS, and for the great feedback you have been giving us. The changes we submitted up to Test balanced out our DPS numbers across our DPS souls but the changes also reduced all of the souls to a level that was below what we intended. In response to the changes we made, and your feedback we have made several further changes to improve all the Warrior DPS souls and balance them so that you have multiple builds to choose from and do not feel trapped in a single cookie cutter build. So without further ado, I am going to give you all a preview of the changes you should see very soon on Alpha. Please keep up the great feedback and thank you all for your patience.
Champion:
Destroyer’s Bearing - No longer increases the damage of only Attack Point consuming abilities, it now affects all ability attacks.
Two Handed Specialization - Is now called Weapon Specialization and enhances all attacks, ranged attacks receive half the bonus melee does.
Paragon:
Teaching of the Five Rings - Now enhances all attacks, ranged attacks receive half the bonus melee does.
Way of the Mountain - The damage increase to follow up attacks has been increased to 30%.
Way of the Wind - Now deals its damage as Air damage instead of Physical damage.
Paired Strike - Now deals Air damage instead of Physical damage. The number of follow up attacks that critically hit has increased from 1 to 3.
Strike Like Iron – The Damage enhancement has been increased to 20/35/50%.
Deadly Grace - Now deals damage based on how many points have been spent in the Paragon soul tree. The balance is set so that if you take Deadly Grace when it is first available it will give the same bonus that it used to, from there it will go up for every point spent in the Paragon soul.
Beastmaster:
Fight As One - Now increases the chance to get a critical hit by 5/10/15% and melee damage by 15/30/45%. It has also had its duration increased to 30 seconds and its cooldown reduced to 25 seconds.
Riftblade:
Avatar of the Rift - Increased the amount that attack power affects Elemental ability attacks.
Elemental Touch - Now based on a percentage of Attack Power. This percentage is modified by the number of points spent in the Riftblade soul.
Enhanced Burst - Now 3 points and increases damage by 10/20/30%.
Empowered Strikes - New Tier 5 talent that enhances Autoattack damage by a percentage of Attack Power. This percentage is modified by the number of points spent in the Riftblade soul.
Soul Tree points have been reset due to the addition of a new talent.

Franchement on peut pas savoir tant qu'on a pas essayé...
Dès que c'est up sur le PTS, j'y vais. En regardant bien, pas mal d'idées de template me viennent à l'esprit et c'est assez excitant faut l'avouer, MAIS, est ce qu'ils seront viables ? Est ce que ça sera comme toujours, la grosse désillusion et des Wars spé Clône ?
De toutes manières cela reste bon à prendre et ça fait plaisir qu'on revienne un peu sur le War (et pas sur les mago Désolé ça me fait du bien avec tous les taunts qu'ils nous ont mis dans la gueule).

Ca a pas l'air si pourri ces changements, j'ai hâte de voir ca, on dirait que ca equilibre pas mal les différentes ames, je sens le dompteur/para bien puissant là, need to test
